Access to JR Nagano Station
  • From Tokyo Station, it takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes by Hokuriku Shinkansen (fastest time: 1 hour and 20 minutes).
  • From Shin-Osaka Station, it takes about 1 hour to Nagoya Station by Tokaido Shinkansen, and then about 3 hours from Nagoya Station by Chuo Main Line (Limited Express Shinano).
  • From Kanazawa Station, the fastest route is 1 hour and 5 minutes by Hokuriku Shinkansen.
  • From Niigata Station to Takasaki Station by Joetsu Shinkansen takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, and from Takasaki Station to Nagano Station by Hokuriku Shinkansen takes about 1 hour.
